Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship globally to 38+ countries (excluding some Asian and remote regions). All orders are dispatched from our Stirling, UK warehouse.
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. These vary by country and aren’t included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days and typically appear in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your payment method.
