At Deep Wetsuit, we stand behind the quality of our water sports gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of drysuits, kayak equipment, or accessories. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Bikinis & Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Beanies, Skull Caps & Neck Gaiters
- Flip Flops & Footwear that show signs of wear
- Care & Repair products (opened containers)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Authorization – Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international returns (outside UK), please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Deep Wetsuit is not responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received
Refund Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including drysuits with manufacturing flaws), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
