Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your water sports equipment arrives safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your drysuits, kayak equipment, and accessories. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our simple returns process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.
Our Returns Policy
- Most items can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Bikinis & Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Beanies, Skull Caps & Neck Gaiters
- Flip Flops & Footwear that show signs of wear
- Care & Repair products (opened containers)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for Authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package Your Item – Securely pack in original packaging with tags attached, including order confirmation
- Ship Your Return – Send to our returns center using a trackable service (address provided in authorization email)
Return Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For international returns (outside UK), mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Refund Process
Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Exchanges shipped once returned item is received
Refund Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item (including drysuits with manufacturing flaws), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
